When is this offer valid?
Discount only valid with an appointment at Awakening Health Center AND a reservation with Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals vacation properties. Sorry, offer is not valid during holidays and/or 1 night reservations.
How do I schedule these services?

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
Reserve your cabin, cottage or suite from Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals, and then please call Awakening Health Center as soon as possible to schedule a service or class.
Is this for groups only?
No. Individuals are always welcome! If you are at a Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals property and would like to schedule an individual service or class, then please call Awakening Health Center directly at: 304-258-6678 and we will gladly honor the discount.
For groups of 8 or more with at least 6 weeks advanced notice, Awakening Health Center will reserve the Center for your group only.
If you are with a group and your group would like to select a package call either Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals at: 1-866-682-2246 or Awakening Health Center at: 304-258-6678. Please keep in mind, the more advanced notice of your preferences, the better we will be able to accommodate your group.
Payment Information:
In order to make a reservation, please call both Awakening Health Center at 304-258-6678 and Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals with your Visa or Master Card information toll free at 1-866-682-2246.
Health Center Reservation:
The full amount for the health center package fee is due at the time the reservation is made. Sorry, no exceptions.
Lodging Reservation:
A 50% deposit is required to hold the lodging reservation. We will not hold the reservation without a deposit and we will not accept a reservation without a valid credit card number.
Second payments can be made by either automatically charging your Visa or Master Card for the remaining balance on the day of the reservation or if you notify us in advance, you can stop by our office and pay by either cashiers check, money order or cash for the exact amount of the second payment.
Check-in times: 3:00 pm or anytime after
Check-out times: 12:00 noon promptly
For health center cancellations: Awakening Health Center will require a 1 week cancellation notice. Any cancellations must be made within 7 working days of the appointment. Awakening Health Center closes at 4:00 on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays and on holidays. Any cancellations during this time will be applied starting the next working business day.
In the event a guest does not cancel their reservation within the 7 day period, they will forfeit the total cost of the package.
Packages are non refundable.
For lodging cancellations; Berkeley Springs Cottage Rentals standard cancellation policy will apply:
10% Cancellation Fee applies to all cancellations made 48 or more hours before your reservation or you can reschedule your reservation 1 time for no cancellation fee.
20% Cancellation Fee for all cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours before your Reservation date.
1 night stay fee applies to any cancellation made on the day of check-in.
Sorry, no refunds or discounts for early departures.
