Built in 1910 by the B & O railroad the bridge is a unique landmark to Great Cacapon, West Virginia. The bridge is a closed spandrel arch bridge and is currently used by several railroads including the CSX Railroad. If you are interested in history or the railroads it is worth a visit. You can see the bridge off of route 9 west heading to Great Cacapon as you cross the bridge.
