Fairview Farm comes with a lovely dining room, a Master suite with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed, and another double bed is in the third. Fairview Farm is the perfect resting spot for hikers, bikers, kayakers, and outdoor enthusiasts. The beautiful Cacapon River - believed to have healing waters - is an easy drive away. Fairview Farm is just five minutes from the Potomac River, C & O Canal, and Western Maryland Rail Trail. Fairview Farm is a Non Smoking Property-No Smoking Allowed on the Premises. No pets permitted. **Please note, we have limited internet providers in the area and speeds can be very slow or problematic and may not support multiple users due to infrastructure issues. Please have hotspot service available from your cell phone provider as a back-up if internet is a necessity. Cell phone service can also be problematic due to the mountainous terrain.
